A rising star in the haunt world, The Ritual out of Littleton, Colorado is going to be one to watch over the next few years. A strong theme, great actors, a unique set and masterminds of creativity behind the scenes, this haunt most definitely delivered for it’s rookie year! Set in the damp, dingy, darkness of a swamp that we’re pretty sure is the birthplace of the Swamp Creature, The Ritual delivers on creep factor! You’ll find yourself cautiously approaching the next corner because you never know what is lurking in the dark. Will you be the next sacrifice? And if so….to what?
The owners of The Ritual come from a long background in the haunt business. As collaborators with the former Slaughterhouse Gulch and 13th Door haunted houses (both of which closed their doors in 2015) these folks are no stranger to the haunt business. And it shows! expertly designed sets, obviously well coached acting staff, and a creative flair that cannot be ignored. We are so happy to have been contacted by them to come and review. We would have hated to miss out on an opportunity to see such a great new haunted house. We are looking forward to watching The Ritual evolve over time. We’re betting they’ll be in the top 5 on the Famous Haunts List in no time!
